Dr. Tom Fastiggi’s journey to practicing chiropractic came as a result of a his own spinal injury, sustained in an automobile accident 30 years ago while working as an investment advisor and studying for his CFP. His healing experience led him to end his career in finance and pursue a Doctorate of Chiropractic at the world’s premier chiropractic school and first chiropractic university, Life University, in Atlanta, GA.

Upon graduation, Dr. Fastiggi spent his first year providing care at one of the busiest chiropractic practices in Connecticut, seeing more than 300 patients per week. This valuable experience taught him that spending 8 minutes with a patient, mostly consumed with note taking for insurance requirements, was not the kind of healthcare he wanted to provide. Spending more time with patients allowed for personalized, focused care seemed like the most logical way to deliver better long-term outcomes.

In 1999, Dr. Fastiggi opened his private practice in Stamford CT which he moved to his hometown of Wilton in 2015. Wilton Chiropractic, located right in the heart of downtown Wilton Center. Dr. Fastiggi has been the local family chiropractic practice in Wilton ever since AND HE LOVES IT.  Aside from helping his local community, he was determined to aid those who drifted from doctor to doctor, suffering from unexplained maladies.
